Production process:

After EF + LF + VD + ESR

Smelting ensures YTE13R has the quality of low gas content and high purity.

The multi-directional forging (or forging opening + rolling) processing is adopted 

to make YTE13R have the characteristics of small 

difference in anisotropy performance and high density.

The advantages of YTE13R are small banded, small grain size and uniform structure.


Steel properties

It has excellent machining performance and workability.

High thermal strength: good toughness, thermal fatigue and wear resistance at medium temperature.

Heat treatment has small deformation and good hardenability.


Purpose:

Precision zinc alloy die casting die, medium batch aluminum or magnesium 

alloy die casting die, semi-solid die casting die

Pure aluminum die casting mold

High temperature die casting mould for small batch of copper, liquid metal, etc

Manufacturing of red forging die, hot extrusion die and flower bar

Thermosetting plastic mold, lamp mold, glass mold

The average life of e13r is better than that of h13esr die steel.

• ultrasonic examination:

According to sep21: e / E or GB / t4162: AA

Maximum defect equivalent ≤ Φ 1mm or as required by customers.


Purity:

According to astme45 or GB / 10561-2005:

The grain size of Grade 7 and finer (grade N7) was determined according to ASTN standard

• metallographic structure:

It has reached NADCA  207 standard qualification level of North American Die Casting Association.

• impact value:

Test the impact value after heat treatment according to the method specified in NADCA standard 207.

(hardness of sample 45 ± 1hrc, size of sample without notch: 7 * 10 * 55)

Average impact value of no notch at the center ≥ 250

Minimum allowable impact value of single center ≥ 200


Supply status:

Ultra fine spheroidized annealing, hardness ≤ 220HB.


Supply size:

Round steel diameter to Φ 2 - Φ 7oomm

Flat steel thickness 6-600mm or customized according to customer requirements
